Leasing & BKR

  • What is a BKR registration?

A BKR registration keeps track of how many loans you have and whether you have paid on time. If you want to take out a new loan, companies can request this information from the BKR. Many fellow leasing companies carry out a financial check before they conclude the lease contract with you. When you have a negative BKR registration, you often do not get through the check.

  • When do you get a BKR registration?

Every loan of more than €250 is registered with the Credit Registration Office (BKR). This also applies to credit card debts, overdrafts on your bank account or purchases on instalments. For business loans, the registration threshold is €1000. If you have not repaid a loan in the past or have paid it back too late, you will receive a negative BKR registration. Mortgages and student loans are in principle not registered with the BKR, unless there are payment arrears.

  • Can I lease without a BKR registration?

Yes! With Bedrijfswagenleasing you can lease a company car without it being registered with the BKR. While most leasing companies link a BKR registration to your contract as standard, Bedrijfswagenleasing offers flexibility. We personally look at your application and trust your insight as an entrepreneur. This way you can lease without an obstructive credit registration, which does not affect your future options for loans or mortgages.

  • Can I lease with a negative BKR?

Yes! You can also lease a company car from us despite a negative BKR registration. Unlike other leasing companies that require a BKR assessment, Bedrijfswagenleasing assesses the financial situation of entrepreneurs themselves, without external assessments. This also gives entrepreneurs with a negative BKR the opportunity to enter into a lease contract. Bedrijfswagenleasing looks at the confidence in your company and offers a flexible acceptance policy, in which they search for the best option together with you.

Offer

  • What is on offer in commercial vehicles?

At Bedrijfswagenleasing you can find every type of commercial vehicle, from a small van to a double cabin or box truck. And everything in between. We offer a wide choice of delivery vans with more than 250 vans directly in stock.

  • How quickly is a delivery van available to you?

Our offer is directly available from stock. The big advantage of this is that the order time is much shorter. Are you signing for a commercial vehicle today? Then we can often deliver it the following days.

  • Can I make adjustments to my commercial vehicle myself?

It is possible to make adjustments to your delivery van yourself. The options here differ per lease form. It is therefore best to contact your lease adviser. They can help you further with this. You can reach us on 0887001899 or via our whatsapp chat.

Financial lease

  • How does a finance lease work?

Financial lease starts with finding the commercial vehicles that suits you. You can find these in our wide range of commercial vehicles.

You can then send a quote request without obligation. We will get to work for you immediately after the request and provide a response within an hour. Would you like to make an estimate for your monthly amount? Then use our calculation tool to make an estimate. Has your financial lease been approved and the commercial vehicle to your liking? Then you will receive a purchase agreement for the chosen vehicle in the mail. As soon as the agreement has been signed and returned, you will receive a lease agreement from us. After signing the lease agreement, the last step follows: pick up your van or have it delivered, of course!

  • Why financial lease?

Financial lease has many advantages for you as an entrepreneur. The main advantage of a financial lease is that, unlike other forms of leasing, you are the direct beneficial owner of the vehicle. Financial lease is the only lease form where you have this option.

Read all the benefits of a financial lease at a glance below.

    The advantages

    • Direct owner of the vehicle
    • Taking advantage of tax benefits
    • Do not pay a large amount in one go / pay in installments
    • Monthly amount to adjust to your financial situation
    • Preservation of assets for the company
    • You build up a piggy bank
  • What information do I need to provide for an application?

For an application we need to receive the following information:

    • Personal data
    • Chamber of Commerce number
    • Copy ID
  • Do I own the delivery van with a financial lease?

With a financial lease you are the direct economic owner of your delivery van. This means that the car is company property and appears on your company's balance sheet. As long as your financial lease contract is running, the lease company is still the legal owner. Has the company car been paid off? Then you are the full owner of the car. Both economically and legally.

Operational lease

  • What is an operating lease?

Another common option for driving a commercial vehicle is an operating lease. With this lease form, you rent the company car for a pre-agreed period and return it at the end of the lease contract. The leasing company arranges peripheral matters, such as road tax, insurance, maintenance and repairs. This means that you run little risk yourself. All you have to do is drive the delivery van and pay the monthly amount. A possible disadvantage of operating lease is that you cannot include the commercial vehicle in your company balance sheet. The tax advantages that you have with a purchase or financial lease are no longer there. On the other hand, you do not have to invest in a company car yourself and you do not incur any unexpected costs during the lease period. This makes operating lease the most financially secure and predictable option.

  • Can I use an operating lease as a starter?

We think it is important that you can do business with the mobility that suits your company. That is why we think along with you much more than an average financing company. We trust that you are able to assess your financial situation yourself, and therefore to determine whether you can lease. As a result, we can almost always help you (immediately) with a financial or operational lease contract.

  • How does the operating lease process work?

Have you received approval for your quote request?

    1. Then we would like to receive a number of details from you, such as a copy of your driver's license and a copy of your bank card.
    2. We will then prepare the invoice for the deposit and the 1st monthly installment for you. You must pay this invoice before the due date.
    3. As soon as the payment is visible on our account, we will forward the request to the planning. We will contact you by phone as soon as we have received a final delivery date. We aim to deliver your car within 48 hours.
  • How do I apply for an operating lease?

Are you interested in one of our commercial vehicles?

      1. Determine on the page of the desired car whether you opt for operating or financial lease
      2. Then determine the duration, mileage and any options
      3. Would you like to receive a proposal? Then fill in your details and send the request.

You will receive a response from us within 15 minutes and we will discuss the possibilities from there.

  • What information do I need to provide for an application?

To be able to send the request, you must fill in your personal data. This includes at least your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

  • The term of my contract has expired. Can I still drive?

We agree a minimum duration with you. Would you like to keep driving longer? This is no problem!

If you want to buy the car after the term of your lease contract, you can do that too. If you are interested in taking over the car, it is best to contact us.
